MVHR IN CARDIFF
Cardiff has a lot of modern apartment buildings, especially around Cardiff Bay and the city centre, and many of them rely on MVHR. In a sealed, energy-efficient flat, a ventilation system that isn’t working properly quickly leads to stale air, condensation and mould.
Building regulations in Wales are set by the Welsh Government, including its own version of Part F for ventilation. If you need a new or replacement system commissioned, we’ll set it up and certify it to the rules that apply in Wales.
Same fixed prices as everywhere we cover, confirmed before we arrive.
£149
Deep clean, new filters, airflow tested and rebalanced in every room, photo report. 90–120 min.
£80
Full diagnosis, duct and airflow checks, PCB testing, written repair quote.
£200
Room-by-room measurements, balancing and a commissioning certificate.
If you notice any of these, it’s time to book.

Airflow is too low, often from clogged filters or an unbalanced system.
The system is out of balance and needs measuring room by room.
