What is an MVHR?
MVHR (Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery) is a system that continuously removes stale, humid air from your home and replaces it with fresh, filtered air from outside. As it does this, it recovers heat from the outgoing air and uses it to warm the incoming air.
Why is it important?
MVHR helps improve indoor air quality, reduces condensation and mould, and increases energy efficiency by minimising heat loss. The result is a healthier, more comfortable home with lower heating costs.
